The Umbrella (Rosie)
Mac was commissioned to paint The Umbrella (Rosie) in 2008 as a continuation of his umbrella series of paintings. This 3 ft. x 5 ft. oil painting was exclusively created with a palette knife, and was prominently displayed in his great Aunt’s dining room in New York City. When she passed away, the painting was returned to the family and made its way back to Mac. It is currently on display at Forever Changes.
