Good Park

James Harris is the Manager of the JE Good Park Golf Course, and has always wanted to mural on the site to commemorate the park’s founding in celebration of its 100 year anniversary in 2025. When Mac learned of this, he realized he could make that dream come true.

Mac created a dozen mural concepts, refined James’ preferred one for the site, and worked with JE Good Park staff and players to complete the mural before the end of the year. The design celebrates Bertie Wey’s 1924 course architecture, and features subtle floral landscape details that are meant to evoke elements of his style. Like his design of the Firestone South course, JE Good Park rewards accurate golfers and can punish risk takers.
