Flutter

Flutter is a free community art exhibition and celebration of healing through art at Stewart’s Caring Place from March through June, 2026. This salon-style show draws inspiration from Stewart’s Caring Place’s logo and takes its name from a gathering of butterflies in flight. Local artists were invited to share one piece of artwork celebrating the variety of ways people find strength and inspiration on their healing journey.

Art x Love is on a retainer with Stewart’s Caring Place to provide annual art planning and curatorial assistance throughout the year. Flutter is the first of 3 exhibitions scheduled for Stewart’s in 2026. We created the call for artists, press release, artist contracts, marketing graphics, and handled all aspects of receiving and displaying each artist’s work.

68 different local artists are on display at Flutter, featuring a wide range of 2D and 3D art. The opening reception drew more than 100 guests to Stewart’s Caring Place, many visiting the space for the first time. With 100% of the proceeds from art sales going directly to the artists or as donations to Stewart’s Caring Place, this show is an excellent example of creative community building and a healing celebration.
