Discovering Justice
Discovering Justice aims to educate Ohioans about the American Justice System and the significance of the Juror’s Oath in safeguarding American freedom and justice. This free activity book and 10-30 minute workshop includes a participatory design exercise that will inform and inspire public art for Ohio’s juror rooms, commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States.
The Summit County Court of Common Pleas, in collaboration with Art x Love, is engaging students and participants across Ohio in creative exercises to foster a deeper understanding of the courts' function and responsibilities. By bringing together diverse communities, the program aims to cultivate new relationships and instill civic pride through the rich history of America’s justice system.
