In Bloom

In 2022, Stewart’s Caring Place hosted the opening reception for In Bloom, the first art exhibition in their newly created Healing Arts Gallery. In Bloom featured the fiber art of Katie Mongoven/秋莲 (b. 1995), a Chinese American fiber artist from Washington, DC, who was living and working in Cleveland, OH. Katie’s work “investigates and fortifies the space between cultural dichotomies through multiple fiber processes.”

Art x Love developed the art plan for Stewart’s Caring Place’s new facility in 2019-2020. We also assisted with applying for grants to secure the funds to install the gallery hanging rail system. Since 2020, Art x Love has handled art planning and curation for Stewart’s caring Place and the Healing Arts Gallery. This partnership has proved to be a powerful and transformative experience for visitors and organizations alike. We are deeply grateful to support Stewart’s Caring Place’s mission, demonstrating the healing power of the arts with every exhibition and visit.
