Lucid Daydreams
Lucid Daydreams are defined as “a state of waking awareness where you catch yourself mind-wandering and consciously choose to direct your thoughts rather than letting your mind drift on autopilot.”
Join us for the special opening reception of the new art exhibition at Stewart’s Caring Places’ Healing Arts Gallery, featuring the exhilarating abstract art of Bob Peck, magical narrative art of Kat LoGrande, and upcycled pop-art of Mark Wallace. Light snacks and refreshments will be served – bring your friends and family!
As part of their Education & Empowerment Series, there will be a panel discussion from 5:30 - 6:30 PM, led by Mac Love, curator for Stewart’s Caring Place’s Healing Arts Gallery, in conversation with local artist Laura Tuokkola and Amy Joyce, Expressive Therapy Administrator at Akron Children’s Hospital, as they share personal and professional learnings at the intersection of art and healing.
The Lucid Daydreams exhibit is free and open to the public Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from November 2, 2026 through January 29, 2027. No appointments necessary.
