Reservoir Park Pool Party

In the summer of 2018, Art x Love threw a pool party in Akron’s Goodyear Heights neighborhood to celebrate the unveiling of @PLAY Akron’s public art and placemaking transformation of the Reservoir Park pool.

Several hundred residents attended the party, which included free food, and live music by local musicians DJ Ace Epps and Minus the Alien. This event was the catalyst for the continued investment and transformation of Reservoir Park.
