Full Term First Birthday

Full Term First Birthday is a Summit County (OH) initiative to achieve health equity in our community by ensuring access to services that support individuals from preconception to postpartum. In 2023, Art x Love was engaged to produce a collaborative mural experience for Summit County Public Health’s Full Term First Birthday events. Mac Love developed several concepts for the County to choose from, and managed the collaborative experience as dozens of children and families grabbed a brush and made their mark.

Mac then brought the murals back to our studio, where he added several layers of paint and filled in the gaps while preserving the community's marks. The murals were then finished with a marine-grade anti-graffiti coating and delivered to Summit County Public Health for display. The Full Term First Birthday murals stand as an inspiring celebration of life, togetherness, and the spirit of support that exists across Summit County.
